Several of the East End’s favorite restaurants like Bistro été, Shippy’s and il Buco al Mare are participating in Long Island Restaurant Week with prix-fixe lunches and dinners (April 27-May 4). The newly launched Long Island Seafood Cuisine Trail celebrates the region’s marine bounty and industry. Spanning Bay Shore to Montauk, its South Shore Trail features restaurants, fish markets, farm stands and fisheries.
