Art dealer and former Marlborough Gallery president Max Levai repurposed part of a private, operational horse farm in Montauk as the Ranch. The exhibition venue with a sculpture park and galleries in a historic barn shows “Camp Hero” through October 3, and “Forbidden Fruit” through October 10. Programming and an artist residency are next on his agenda.
