The restaurateurs behind Sísí, Enchanté and Sunset Harbor are adding new dining destinations this month. Opening in Rowdy Hall’s former space May 10, Village Bistro focuses on everyday dinner dishes such as steak frites, French onion soup, burgers, salmon tartare, mac and cheese, and fish and chips.
