MARIE-CLAIRE GLADSTONE
Marie-Claire’s passion for real estate began while working as an agent throughout the South of France, during which she founded her own PR and event planning firm, which focused on real estate and luxury lifestyle. Since joining Corcoran in early 2010, Marie-Claire has successfully negotiated and closed many impressive sales in condos and coops, throughout Manhattan’s prominent neighborhoods, including in the position as sales director in new developments, like the “Chelsea Modern” and “10 Sullivan”. In just one year Marie-Claire became a member of Corcoran’s prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club and has remained from 2011 onwards, topped by joining the Presidents Circle in 2017.
In 2020, she and Jason Karadus started the Corcoran Country Living Franchise with offices in Rhinebeck, Millbrook, Kingston, Woodstock and Hudson, NY. That same year they formed The Gladstone Karadus Team on which Marie-Claire is the lead agent. The Gladstone Karadus Team also includes agent Jesse Kopischke. Awards: Multi-Million Dollar Club-2021.
