Sag Harbor restaurateur Jesse Matsuoka (Sen, K Pasa) jumps to Southampton for Manna at Lobster Inn. The waterfront establishment’s name combines its property’s former tenant, Lobster Inn, and Manna Fish Farms, a sustainable aquaculture resource where Matsuoka serves as a founder.
