Amagansett’s Indian Wells Tavern has been transformed into Main Street Tavern by the same crew behind Highway Restaurant & Bar. The latter’s executive chef also oversees the tavern’s American bistro fare including NY strip steak sandwiches, baked Montauk clams, locally-caught fluke and carrot cake.
