French chef Philippe Delgrange’s Sag Harbor waterfront mainstay Le Bilboquet expanded to Palm Beach. His new bistro is tucked back in the ivy-covered Via Encantada off Worth Avenue. New York-based David Lucido designed its indoor/outdoor layout in a property owned by legendary Warhol superstar Jane Holzer. Besides Baby Jane, it’s already become a hot spot for other local royalty.
