Gourmands have a new pantry to stock up on exotic ingredients and locally sourced seasonal items. Southampton’s Hen of the Woods specializes in the crème de la crème within produce, seafood, condiments and other categories. Co-owner Jonathan Bernard, who goes by “the uni bomber” for his sourcing skills, shares the literal fruits of his labor.
