On through October 12, the 31st Hamptons International Film Festival screens 70 features and 46 shorts culled from a record number of submissions. Among premieres and buzzworthy films are the Closing Night presentation of Bradley Cooper’s “Maestro,” for which he portrays Leonard Bernstein, and “The Music of Paul Simon,” a documentary that includes studio scenes of him recording his new album Seven Psalms. Various venues such as Sag Harbor Cinema, Regal UA East Hampton Cinema, and Southampton Arts Center.
