Gurney’s Montauk tapped Alonso Balaguer Designs (of Manhattan’s Aire Ancient Baths) for its 30,000-square-foot Seawater Spa debuting in April. Amenities include eucalyptus oil-infused steam rooms, co-ed lounges and four bathhouse-style pools of various temperatures to enhance its popular, ocean-fed saltwater pool. New treatment rooms incorporate the outdoors, and more fitness options abound.
