Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Spa always has something cooking for summer. The resort tapped Robert Hamburg as its new executive chef to oversee all dining outlets such as Scarpetta Beach and the Regent Cocktail Club. It’s also collaborating with Jung Lee, founder of Fête event planning services, for “Bungalows by the Sea,” floral arts workshops and weddings.
