“We have just come into our most ideal time of year for photography and video for our inventory. The buyer pool starts to trickle in and will be here using their own houses, renting or staying with guests. The right new inventory can attract buyers here at any time of year.”
Locals’ Memorial Day tips and traditions.

Help, my summer rental fell through or isn’t up to snuff. How to salvage the situation.
“Early in the season is certainly the time to rectify any issues one encounters upon occupancy. Meeting the expectations of a tenant can be challenging; however, I always think it is best to try and exceed the tenant’s expectations. If your summer rental has fallen through, there is generally a very personal reason for it. However, it would need to fall in line with legal requirements ordinarily approved by a tenant with lease in hand.”
