The rental market started out strong, then cooled off considerably. Tenant pools making offers for partial season periods and some owners are adjusting their pricing

As a resident of the East End for decades, what makes the Hamptons so special during July 4th weekend?
4th of July weekend is focused on time with my family and especially my grandchildren. Main Street parade, Beach, boat, pool, fireworks and good food with local produce
What new restaurants have you tried/enjoyed so far?
Focused on my old favorites until the new restaurants get broken in for the season. I am conscious of the visitors to our region putting stress on staff and crews. Better meals in July, August and after season
Where’s your go-to spot for watching the Hamptons fireworks?
I am fortunate enough to live in a beautiful location along the bay and can see 10 to 15 displays through the evening when it turns dark
