Since people are always asking me about real estate and lifestyle matters, we introduced a light and fun monthly Q&A about all sorts of topics.
My Fourth of July traditions.
“A house full of family; East End celebrations starting with Southampton’s Main Street parade; attending a friend’s annual holiday luncheon at her beachside home, and enjoying the fireworks along Peconic Bay’s coastline.”
Is it too late for last-minute summer rentals?
“Many rentals are still available, and there’s something for everyone for various time frames and price ranges as well as oceanfront and bayfront properties to lovely village homes.”
Summer charity event that I’m looking forward to.
“As a 20-year member of Parrish Art Museum’s board, I am particularly excited about our 125thAnniversary Gala Weekend starting July 14th. Tables for 10 to 12 people are still available to enjoy an evening of celebration with friends.”
What’s on my summer playlist.
“I’ve recently discovered a few old artists (Glen Campbell, George Strait, Petula Clark) and new favorites (Harry Styles, Dua Lipa) through their Pandora stations.”
The best host gift that I’ve ever received.
“Anything from someone’s own garden, whether produce or flowers.”
Favorite gourmet grocery and items.
“As far as I’m concerned, Loaves & Fishes in Sagaponack trumps them all. Their frittata, roasted chicken, deviled eggs, gazpacho and lobster and broccoli salads are just a few of my favorites.”
