How’s the 2024 Hamptons real estate market so far?
Early in the game however, the energy feels good, and the expectations are high. I kept hearing from many how they couldn’t wait for the New Year given the challenges of 2023. Those challenges made us all stronger and ready to take on 2024.
What are your predictions for this summer?
I heard from many who traveled abroad last year that everywhere was quite crowded and the temperatures in some countries, unbearable. We are safe, clean and have some of the best ocean beaches in world. I predict that we will have a beautiful summer.
Why is now a good time to buy in the Hamptons?
It is always a good time to buy in the Hamptons. This time of year in particular we are seeing new inventory come to market and given the historic low number of homes for sale, this is exciting and welcome news for the buyer pool which has been waiting in the wings.
What should Palm Beachers consider when purchasing a home Out East?
Find a broker with market history and knowledge and one who has spent years living and working in the immediate region to provide the guidance and advice for your purchase.
How do you work with FL-based clients?
I have the long term deep rooted relationships with legendary brokers in the market. I refer to those agents and trust them to provide direction and the counsel. I am the expert in my market and let them be the expert for my clients in theirs.
What are you most excited for this year?
I am excited to start a new year with several wonderful properties just now on the market and others being teed up in the coming months. 2024 will be a strong year for rentals and sales. On a personal note, I am looking forward to my middle son Christopher and his wife having our fourth grandchild in early June. Cheers to the good things to come for us all.
