“August is the squeezing in of everything I could not accomplish earlier in the summer and one of my most active months for business. Busy and exciting.”

“There is generally a breather after Labor Day weekend and then we expect to have good activity until Thanksgiving. I often bring on several important listings during this time.”

“The weather can be the most pleasant with warm ocean temperatures and cool nights that are ideal for beach bonfires and late afternoon boat rides.”

“The reasons to buy hold true for our market. It’s clean and safe with natural beauty and easy access to New York.”
What are your favorite parts about the Hamptons year-round?
“Living here year-round allows me to experience the rhythm of the four seasons, both in nature and daily life.”
What’s next for you, post-summer?
“Traveling to Europe and the West Coast and enjoying my house in Newport, which gets neglected during the summer season.”
