Speaking of Earth Day, the sustainable, incredibly biodiverse Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett reopens in early April. Locals appreciate its CSA memberships, farmer’s market, kitchen for culinary workshops and café’s healthy fare. It would be nice to do something for these hard-working folks by donating to their fundraising campaign to add an outdoor classroom for children’s programs.
