Some of you may remember my former firm, Allan M. Schneider Associates, where I spent 15 years as a managing principal building the company from 5 offices to 12 offices on the East End. August 9th marks the 20th anniversary of its absorption into NRT, The Corcoran Group. At the time, Allan Schneider was the largest “boutique” firm on the East End with 50 employees, 243 sales associates and sales of $1.6B during our final year. From there I have spent the last 20 years focused on servicing my own clients and their extraordinary properties while remaining at the top level of brokers here in the market.
