In all honesty, where I live on Davis Creek and the Peconic Bay is one of the best sites in all of the Hamptons, so I have no property envy.

The volume is down tremendously, but the deals that are being done are proof of the resiliency and stability of our market.
What renovations will really increase a home's value?
New kitchens and bathrooms are still what most buyers are looking for
What is the most outlandish thing a buyer has asked for?
A free weekend in a home to "test it out."
What do you think is most important for buyers: a great house or a great location?
